If there’s one thing I learned from this it’s that we should expect a lot more marketers to adopt audience targeting in 2017.
I also noticed an absence of predictions around Messenger Apps and Chatbots changing the marketing landscape. I’m glad to see level-heads prevail despite the Chatbot bubble. :)
