Why does the utility experience need to be enhanced, you ask? This space is underrated. I am an architect turned product designer. Many of my clients, know the importance of the kitchen, but many of them ignore the utility room, where all the major cleaning activity happens — From my professional experience, there is almost no budget for the utility, so the problem persists. So the problems always comes up after the building of the utility space.
