So much snow

It snowed for 4 days straight in Trondheim. My Norwegian colleagues were begging me to stop wishing for more snow. Here are some pictures that barely capture the magic and wonder of so much snow.

I love all your gorgeous pictures, but my favorite by far is the one of your beautiful face obscured by your gorgeous, wild nature-child hair adorned with magic snowflakes, freshly fallen from the heavens like little diamonds finding you and saying you are the fairy princess.

Ahhh, a blizzard — a climate-certified excuse to flake on plans. (Kidding! Mostly.) Tonight I have a friend’s birthday party, but I’ll be bringing the Johnny Walker I received as an employee holiday gift that I recently re-discovered after cleaning out my cube cabinets.
