Thank-you for the article. My 15 year old son just transfered to a University of Detroit-Jesuit in ( Where else-Detroit ) and we couldn’t be happier. We noticed the Jesuit difference at the first all school mass, the week before school started.

I’m Jewish too and had a lot of the same questions when I first stared working at Marquette. The Jesuits commitment to an education that teaches students ‘how to think, not what to think,’ and to using that education for ‘repairing the world’ made me feel right at home.
