Hi Meredith, congrats great initiative! Do you know if there is/are any movement/best practice among web developers to make gender fields non-mandatory and/or include more than the M/F dichotomy? This seems like a oft-faced battlefield for so many and web-devs yield some power in this area. Thanks again :)

I got on Medium at the right time, to catch the end of this! This month has been really eye-opening for me as a non-binary trans* person coming from a place of privilege, where I am mostly able to what I want and express my gender identity.
