Zipline, the global leader in instant logistics and deliveries, announced a partnership with the Government of Rwanda that aims to complete nearly two million instant deliveries and fly more than 200 million autonomous kilometres in Rwanda by 2029. “Under the new partnership, Rwanda will triple its delivery volume by adding new delivery sites in rural and urban locations throughout the country and opening up Zipline’s service to other government entities. In doing so, Rwanda is bringing innovative and environmentally friendly logistics and delivery to the country, and it will be the first country in the world with the ability to make autonomous instant deliveries to its entire population,” says a release from Zipline.

Zipline announced that former Tesla chief financial officer Deepak Ahuja will join Zipline as its first-ever chief business and financial officer on September 30.
