TAITOSS Official Meetup in Seoul Recap
Let’s move towards the 4th Industrial Revolution together
On Monday TAITOSS has held its First Official Seoul Meetup under the slogan of the 4th Industrial Revolution.
More than 300 people came to meet TAITOSS executives and ask them some questions about the project.
The meetup opened with a short video message from TAITOSS Technical Advisor — Alex Norta, followed by a speech from HI ENERGY Korea representative, who explained about environmental pollution and their company.
After that Edward Kwon, TAITOSS CEO, has talked about the concept of TAITOSS project. He broadly explained the concept of the project, which technologies will be used and the areas of application.
After that he has introduced TAITOSS Advisors and partner companies, starting with famous Prof. Alex Norta, a research member at Tallinn University of Technology.
Our CTO, Jake Kim, went in detail about the technical aspects of the project.
He introduced the concepts of blockchain and Artificial Intelligence. He explained such things as processing speed, consensus algorithms and storage size of the blockchain and things like the difference between machine running and deep running in the AI technology and application areas.
Next, he showed the audience how the AI will be applied in the TAITOSS project.
For example, it will be used to suggest trips schedule and analyze information about travel-related places like hotels or sightseeing destinations.
Finally, he talked about the booking-payment system that will be implemented in our platform.
Lastly, Coin Terra representative talked about the cryptocurrency market in general and how their company helps people invest in the cryptocurrencies.
As a conclusion, we spent around 15 minutes for Q&A. Many interesting questions were asked and we were sorry that we only had 15 minutes.
Yet, after the meetup conclusion some people asked questions one on one and took pictures with our executives.
After the event, we gave out gift bags that included TAITOSS project information brochures, brand T-shirts and Korean snack — rice cake (tteok).
Overall, we think that this meetup was very successful and we are grateful to everyone who came to supports us!
