This question is a critical element to developing students and staff in the educational model for Tai Wananga. Consequently, this has inspired us to the to shape a new educational model and to enable the goals and aspirations of the 21st-century learner and educator.

Technology advancement for Tai Wananga has enabled students to engage in their learning with more purpose, and their goals and aspirations have become more fully realised through the support and humility of this gentleman called Rich Bodo who provided technologies for our students to learn. Rich Bodo is an EHF Fellow (Edmund Hillary Fellowship) and grew up in mountain view California. His contributions include Director of Technical Operations at Singularity University, entrepreneur, manager sysadmin, software developer, Space Base NZ projects, and contributes to making an impact on health care in his home country.

Through the deep desire to create a high impact on digital technology for our learners, Ian Tairea has worked closely with Rich Bodo to encourage and inspire student engagement through the use of digital technology.
