Hillary Clinton’s former IT aide shunned a Congressional subpoena and refused to appear this morning before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.

Bryan Pagliano had been called to testify before the Congressional Committee, as were two IT contractors with the company that hosted Clinton’s private email server. Those two contractors appeared and testified as ordered, as did former aide to Bill Clinton Justin Cooper, who helped Hillary with her email server.

Congressman Jason Chaffetz, the Utah Republican who chairs the committee, was less than thrilled. “It’s a serious matter,” he said. “Mr. Pagliano has chosen to evade the subpoena.” Chaffetz noted that he would consider a “full range of options” for punishing Pagliano’s refusal.

Pagliano had previously testified before the House Select Committee on Benghazi, where asserted his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination more than 125 times.
