You are invited to OKRX Summit 2022 hosted by Talentmelon on Thursday, 26th May 2022! The second year of the summit presents an exciting mix of topics, OKR experiences, and stories from local and international OKR consultants and companies implementing OKR.
This year’s theme of OKRX is “Teams Thinking Outside the Box.”
During the event, we will cover many topics about OKR while examining OKR application examples from companies both in Turkey and abroad with case studies: How to set meaningful internal objectives in the company? How can we encourage teams to think outside the box when setting goals? What is the relationship between Agile methods and OKR? Is there a relationship between OKR and Performance Management Systems? And much more.
While discovering such substantial topics, the world-renowned speakers will be with us! Ben Lamorte, Christina Wodtke, Bart den Haak, Ian Harvey, Daniel Montgomery, Hannes Albrecht, Elie Casamitjana, Omid Akhavan, Melanie Wessels, Seval Gökçeler, Lamia Moussaoui, Gökhan Güney, Tankut Eker and Ongun Demirler are going to discuss different processes under the umbrella of OKR implementation and management. The event will consist of three sessions:
Main Session
This session will introduce how the companies prepare themselves for the best OKR application. You will find answers to questions in your mind about the execution of OKR strategies, development of advice for OKR coaches, and tips for overcoming the bumpy road that your company will face while starting the OKR transition from such outstanding speakers. Within the session, while Ben Lamorte will talk about tricks for OKR coaches, the lady of OKR; Christina Wodtke will be with us through fireside chat and share valuable tips on how OKR would help in creating high performing teams. In the main session, you will also have a chance to listen to Elie Casamitjana’s tips on strategic thinking to achieve key results and Melanie Wessels’s perspective on how you can best prepare for OKR setting and make the process as efficient as possible, and Bart den Haaks’ advice on how to make OKRs lean again. In addition to that, the OKR transition of Garanti BBVA Technology will be discussed by Seval Gökçeler, and Gökhan Güney will evaluate the OKR process of LCW. Finally, Tankut Eker from Gtmhub will be with us!
Beginner Track
The beginner track will be composed of interactive sessions in which you will write OKRs on the spot and informative sessions where you will have a chance to listen to the journey of successful companies that adopted OKRs. Practice writing OKR with Hannes Albrecht and listen to the remarkable OKR transformation story of Societe General with Lamia Moussaoui and tips on how to start the OKR journey with Ongun Demirler.

Scale Track
The scale track is for you if you want to tackle problems while scaling OKR in your company. At the end of each session, you will have insight into critical challenges and key solutions from experienced OKR consultants who have experience scaling OKR in worldwide-known companies. If you wish to take a closer look at KPIs, projects, and BAU tasks with Omid Akhavan or listen to the steps of strategic agility along with OKR by Daniel Montgomery or how high growth technology organizations scale with OKRs with Ian Harvey, you should be a part of the scale track of OKRX Summit 2022!
