Hello everyone, and welcome to the Mana Pool!
I’d like to start by thanking you for reading this. It may seem cliche or minute in importance, but it truly isn’t. The reader is what validates the writer. If there is no one to read, what is the purpose of the writer? One could always write for themselves, but this is beside my point.
So, thank you for spending your hard-earned time reading up on the Tales being told Around the Mana Pool.

This month I’d like to identify the objectives of the page and navigating its contents:
The Collection is where the culmination of original short fictional stories will be located. Anything from wizards and dragons to aliens and robots will be featured in this section. I feel that it will present a unique opportunity to get to know fiction writers and their stories on a personal level if there is a specific home for it.
Mana Pool Matchups is a collection of analyses that pit a fictional character against another. This fictional character can originate from any form of media and any universe. Any known information about this character is relevant and can be presented, even by the reader! The information is compiled and compared and a winner is presented based on who would be more likely to win in a bout.
Exotic Vacations are a way of revisiting amazing worlds that both have visual and plot details. This information is combined and packaged into a ‘traveler’s brochure’ for a trip to these locations. These fictional stories are narrated in a manner that presents the information to you as if you were searching for a vacation spot, and we try to convince you to book it!
Coming this month
My first fiction story will be posted in The Collection very soon, so keep an eye out for it! It twists a number of fears for most young children into something beautiful.
I have a second story in the works that will take us under the deep blue sea for an unorthodox take on an ancient concept.
My first fiction novel will grow a few more chapters this month, which I am extremely pleased about. It is only in the initial draft period, but I expect to have it published around third quarter of 2020. More information on this title will be posted regularly here on Medium!
