One time a giraffe decided to become Enlightened. All the other giraffes pointed out that he didn’t even need to.
“Look, idiot! Your neck is already so long that your mouth can reach the highest leaves swaying in the sunlight.”
“I know that,” he said, “but my feet cannot get below the ground.”
