Sales process is an important thing for the company when conducting sales activities to customers. Each company has a sales process is different depending on how the company defines the process and product sales as what they sell.

But did you know that a sales process that is long and takes a lot of effort can be streamlined using chatbots? Of course not many people know this because it is still rarely heard and not many companies have implemented or replaced their sales process using chatbots.

The sales process is divided into 4 stages :
1. Audience visiting our business profile will be captured as a Vistor.

2. The visitor will then be presented with a form commonly referred to as a “contact form” to find out the visitor’s biodata. This form is processed and presented using chatbot.

3. Data obtained from visitors is then captured again and the visitor’s status changes to leads and qualifications are then performed using the “qualify form” to obtain data or information about their business. Status leads that have provided information about their business have turned into potential clients, in this qualification stage the role of chatbot is still needed because to qualify which business or brand can use the products or services of the company.

4. Data or information obtained from potential clients will then be forwarded or followed up by sales from a company. The task of sales here is to set a meeting schedule with potential clients to be prospected so that potential clients can become clients of the company.
