Today’s workforce is changing. The millennials, born between 1980 and 2000 are now the largest segment and will shape the workplace for years to come. Their career aspirations, attitudes about work and affinity with technology will define the culture of the 21st century workplace.

Our founders realized how worried employers were about the changing culture within their workforce. That’s why we’re building a solution for both employees and employers: peer-mentoring.
