Because of Instagram and Twitter, so many of us now believe the only thing worthy of being shared is success. (The school system taught me the same thing.) Who recognizes last place no matter the effort exerted? Hardly anyone.
But the truth is…

It’s okay to fail. It’s even okay to have your reasons for failing but the minute those reasons prevent you from even trying to push for better, those reasons become excuses.
It is true that you learn more when you fail than when you succeed. Well that is if you allow yourself to. Your ego (your false sense of self) can prevent you from seeing the blessing in failing -like how it makes you humbler, more introspective, take self-discipline seriously and a whole other host of things. But if you say to yourself “I’m willing to take criticisms, I’m willing to make the sacrifice to be on time” or whatever other bad habits that are preventing you from experiencing massive success, you’ll soon begin to recognise and change those habits.

Trust me failure is embarrassing…only to the ego. To you-a spiritual being, it’s an opportunity to “cut and come back with the formula”.
