Estonia has been known for pioneering technology on an international scale. The country is ranked as the most advanced in the digital society. Whilst this is what Estonia is best known for, other lesser known attributes of Estonian society are yet to be discovered or often left unsung. You don’t have to be a love expert to realize that Tallinn is one of the most romantic cities in Europe. Although many international students have traveled from different areas of the continent to Tallinn, the magical atmosphere has not failed to ignite sparks of love between strangers. It is said that students usually find their soulmates during studies at University; TalTech is not an exception to this theory.

We have witnessed couples walking along the cobble stones in Old Town and exchanging warm non- verbal gestures. The romantic nature of Tallinn has been engulfed in historical events and buildings. It is with no surprise this energy is still contagious to citizens and students here.
