What is Human Impact Management™ (HIM™)?

Human Impact Management (HIM) is the practice to manage an organization’s human capital or human Assets. The concept of combining all elements of an employee through an organization as one of the company’s most valuable assets. The management of human impact includes but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, development, Organization culture, employee satisfaction, organization branding, career management, Employee Mobility, succession planning, performance Management, talent management, and legal issues.

There are six concepts for Human Impact Management:

  • Recruitment — screening, selecting, and onboarding the right people with the right competency
  • Development Planning — Helping employee to continue to have the right skills and competencies to meet all strategic objectives
  • Competency Profiling — holistic profiling of competency across the organization for each function and profile
  • Talent Asset Management — including identifying top performers and employee retention activities
  • Strategic Workforce Planning — includes career and succession planning how to organize a strategic workforce according to strategic objectives to optimize performance
  • Performance Management — measuring employee performance by translating hard and soft competencies and skills into measurable goals.

What is Trust-Based Human Impact Management™?

Trust-based or Trust-focused Human Impact Management™ is a methodology to focus Human Asset Management around trust between employees and employers. The term is first coined by Trustify HR AI to transform the way organizations. Trust is the foundation of all prolonged relationships.
