Observation #16 (Crayons)

A moment of mindfulness

I hold in my hand
A cup of coloured crayons.
I look and ponder…

They form a pattern,
It’s circular and looks cool;
Natural? Man-made?

There are 12 crayons.
Brand new, ready to be used,
Various colours:

There is red, yellow,
Light green, purple, and dark blue,
Brown, pink, and dark green.

Black, beige, and orange,
And, finally, there’s light blue.
Many to choose from.

I’ll use these crayons
To sit and draw a picture.
Hmm, what shall I draw?
