A moment of mindfulness

I can see a plant.
It’s a fiddle-leaf fig tree,
Still small, growing strong.
It’s pot is standing
In a woven cane basket.
The stem’s tall and thin.
The leaves are curly,
Various shades of dark green.
I can see their veins.
In just one moment,
I can observe something and
Practice mindfulness.
