A quick update on $TARA sale KYC processing.
Since we’ve been experiencing a huge load in KYC applications, the review time for certain applications might take longer than expected.
We’re doing our best to manually review each request that requires additional verification. We thank you for your patience and would like to inform you of some possible reasons for the delay and rejection.
- If you followed our instructions correctly and uploaded the original of your ID document and a photo, the verification procedure normally takes from 3 to 6 hours after you submitted the application.
- If you’ve waited longer than 72 hours and your application is still under review, there must be a problem with your application, and you will need to re-apply and enter your personal information once again.
Here are some possible reasons for rejection:
a/ You put in your name and surname in the wrong order, or the birth date is filled out wrong. The right way to do it: NAME — John, LAST NAME — Doe.
b/ The photos you upload have watermarks or logos that come with your phone (such as Huawei, etc.), which can easily be recognized by the system as interfering information.
c/ The ID photos are uploaded incorrectly. If you’re using an ID other than your passport, please make sure you upload BOTH sides of the document.
NOTE: You won’t be receiving any additional emails informing you about the KYC rejection, so please make sure you go back to your profile and check the status after 72 hours passed.
