Minimizing Re-Organization Risk in DAG — a meetup with the ABC Blockchain Community

On March 7, 2019, the Taraxa team held a meetup with ABC Blockchain, a Silicon-Valley based blockchain community founded by engineers from Google. A big shout-out to the organizers of ABC and to all of our friends and community members who showed up at the meetup and listened in online, thank you all for your support and interest!

During this meetup, Taraxa presented a few topics around how to effectively leverage a DAG architecture by understanding and properly managing various tradeoffs. Taraxa uses a block DAG topology first proposed by the authors of the GHOST, Spectre, and Phantom papers. We also reference a fast PBFT consensus modified from the one innovated by Algorand.
