State of the network as of March 12, 2025:
- 2.694 billion TARA staked and delegated
- 63 active consensus nodes on Mainnet
- 1,010 active consensus nodes on Testnet
- 31,128 unique wallets on Mainnet (almost 2x from last month!)
Ecosystem Highlights:
- Taraxa’s recent study on Resource Efficiency of Realized Mainnet Throughputs of Layer-1’s showed that Taraxa’s Layer-1 is currently #1 in the world in terms of TPS per dollar, or more precisely, realized mainnet TPS per dollar spent on a validator node. This study has been extremely well-received by the community and has driven significant jump in awareness for the Taraxa ecosystem — Mainnet or It Didn’t Happen!
- We published the study at ETHDenver’s main stage, speaking Truth to Power — Mainnet or It Didn’t Happen!
- Taraxa proudly sponsored ETHDenver 2025 as a Meta Sponsor, with 5 hackathon bounties! We had great participation, got to know a ton of amazing developers, and built a lot of long-term relationships for the ecosystem. Go TARA!
- We met so many cool developers and projects at our ETHDenver booth, where we showcased our innovative Layer-1 technologies and gave away a ton of t-shirts. The very cool animation on the laptop is our real-time mainnet visualizer, check it out!
- Taraxa is proud to be indexed by Chainspect, an independent L1/L2 infrastructure benchmarking app. Together, we’re helping to inject a dose of transparency into the noisy world of crypto Layer-1 marketing. Numbers on mainnet don’t lie, check it out for yourself!
