State of the network as of February 6, 2025:
- 2.098 billion TARA staked and delegated
- 66 active consensus nodes on the Mainnet
- 1,078 active consensus nodes on the Testnet
- 17,818 unique wallet addresses on the Mainnet
Ecosystem Highlights:
- Cornus Upgrade was successfully activated on Taraxa’s mainnet! This is a major upgrade to Taraxa’s Layer-1, enabling liquid staking, reducing un-staking delay from 32 to 7 days, raised the gas cap to enable us to do performance benchmarks, and 20+ more features and fixes!
- Taraxa is an official sponsor at ETHDenver, and will be participating in the hackathon with many AI and L1 infra themed bounties! Stay tuned for more information!
- Taraxa is gaining more attention from crypto media, with co-founder @reedvoid being quoted more & more frequently. This is just a starting point, way more to come!
