Full Node Syncing

  • Completed sync fixes which included block proposal and gossiping for un-synced nodes
  • Identified memory consumption issue associated with high TPS, implementing fix
  • Identified additional memory consumption issues associated with RocksDB configurations, implementing fix

Efficient Block Proposal Scheme

  • Debugged and integrated VRF into VDF sortition
  • Implemented VDF serialization and deserialization
  • Created tests for VDF creation, reconstruction, and serialization

PBFT Finalization

  • Studied and discussed in-depth with the team and replay attacks
  • Designed and begun to implement replay attack protection into the PBFT consensus process

RPCs

  • Finalizing correct implementation of our ETH-compatible JSON RPC layer

General

  • Made updates & adjustments to our build system to correct some local environmental issues
