Pruned Mode for Base Nodes πŸ§‘β€πŸ’»

Tari contributors made a significant update to the source code, merging pruned sync mode. Pruned sync mode will save hard drive space for users running a Tari base node by eliminating (pruning) spent transactions.

The new pruned mode feature will be thoroughly tested by Tari contributors before being released.
