HappySeed rails starter-kit.

After working in node for while I would often search for starter-kit repos on github for trying out quick things. Its been a while since I had my hands on with Rails. Most of the starter-kits I found for rails are very old and not maintained. The closest I could find which fairly seems maintained was HappySeed.
