Welcome friends. I hope you’re having a great week. Let’s jump into the reading.

Our first card in today’s three-card reading is the High Priestess. She sits on a bench between two pillars. One is dark, the other light. Behind her is a veil, and just behind the veil, we can make out a vast body of water. She wears a crown with a symbol of the moon on it and a blue robe that flows down around her fever. A crescent moon is at her feet, and she holds a scroll with the word TORA on it.

This card speaks to us of knowledge and intuition. The High Priestess is the guardian of intuition and knowledge. She is the second card in the major arcana, just after the magician. She is the other half of the equation that started with the Magician. Where the magician is the master of the elements and the energies of the word, the High Priestess is the master of all things within. Knowledge, intuition, and the spiritual self are her domains. She represents mastery over our minds. She deals in mysteries and secret knowledge. And that is what I see in this card. Today will be a day about trusting your intuition and following your gut. That knowledge where you’re not sure where it came from, but you know it anyway.. that’s the voice to be listened to and trusted today. If you feel it, chances are it’s more accurate than you realize. Go with it.

So how do we go about listening to our intuitions? The Four of Cups tell us to relax and take a break. Quiet the mind and pay attention to what comes in. The card shows a man sitting under a tree. Three cups are in front of him, and a hand reaches from a cloud to offer a fourth cup. When this card comes up, I usually see it as a need to take a break. The cups are empty, and there is a sense that a recharge is in order. But having this card in the Advice position tells me that a break is needed, but it’s more about a meditative break than one that recharges us. This card tells us to stop and pay attention to things around us. To meditate and look within ourselves for guidance. And to heed that guidance. The information you receive from that place is powerful and knowledgeable. The hand reaching out from the cloud is the hand of the divine, the universe, or the higher self bringing information to him. He’s receiving information from a higher power. Whatever you wish to call it is okay. Just know that it comes from a good place and can be trusted.

Our takeaway card today is the Four of Pentacles. This card shows a man seated on a bench with a city in the background. A pentacle is resting on his head while he holds another in his lap. There are two more pentacles beneath his feet. He is stable and grounded in this position. This card represents a desire to hold on to what we have. We have spent our lives acquiring things and perhaps need to enjoy them more. It’s not about hoarding but rather about not giving up what we find valuable to us, about treasuring what you have. Even if it may not be expensive, it’s valuable to us, and that’s what matters. This could be possessions, money, or time with friends or family. You might have a favorite watch or a blanket. It could be property. Whatever it is, it has value for you, and you enjoy it. This card asks us to think about what we value today. What do you hold most dear in your life? Spend time thinking about that today and see what comes up for you.

If you enjoyed this or if it resonated with you, please leave me a comment to let me know. If it didn’t resonate with you, perhaps you know someone who might benefit from this message today. Please share it with them. Thanks for reading, and have a great day!
