TL;DR: We’re hiring

2016 was a great first year for Task Analytics. We laid a solid groundwork and had a ton of fun doing so. At the end of the year we realised that we both had the need, as well as the economical possibility, of taking on more people to help us realise more of our ideas and ambitions. Today we are publishing three job descriptions that we hope to fill in the near future.

We are looking for colleagues who are hands-on and comfortable with taking initiative. Work at Task Analytics is rewarding and fun. We set our own agenda and experiment as we go forward. There is a great deal of freedom and you will have a lot of flexibility. We work remotely, but we have office space in Norways two biggest cities: Oslo and Bergen.

Currently we are looking to fill these three positions:

Product designer / UX engineer

Good design is a big factor in everything we do, and a competitive edge for us. Funny then, that there is no designer on payroll at Task Analytics! We have managed with hiring help and the fact that the rest of the team come from a strategic design consultancy. Its time we fix this! We need someone who can take responsibility for all things related to design, someone who can keep the bigger picture in mind and drive us forward.

Customer success manager

Helping customers get as much value as possible from Task Analytics is very important to us. We are user and customer centric, and we want to double down on our commitment to our customers. To help us with this we are looking for someone who can side with the customer, someone who can make sure our customers really are making progress.

Sales manager

We are looking to improve our sales pipeline process, increase our conversion and simply close more customers. At the end of the day there is an economical limit to how much of our big plans we can realise without growing our sales. We have managed the sales process ourselves so far, but we aren’t experienced sales people. More importantly, sales is not what drags us out of bed in the morning. We can do much better if we find a great sales person who is driven by closing accounts day in and day out.

The sales manager needs to speak good Norwegian, and either live or be willing to relocate to somewhere around Oslo. For the other positions we can talk about working arrangements.

Our commitment

We will respect you, push you, believe in you, trust you and help you. We will be there for you, we will be kind and passionate but also maintain high expectations. We will listen to you and we will accept you. We will work tirelessly to make your work environment good for you. At Task Analytics, we will not restrict or control you.

Work at Task Analytics is a mix of remote and gathering face to face
