We love tortillas! Thin crust, lots of filling … hot and cold. Today, there are such options for cheese and herbs, there is no cheese — you can just drive an egg into the greens, the spices will do their job! Convenient to take to work and reheat in the microwave.

INGREDIENTS FOR 8 SERVINGS

Dough
flour…………………………… 500 g
wheat bran …………………….2 tablespoons
chicken eggs …………………..1 piece
water …………………………..250 ml
salt ……………………………..1 tablespoon
vegetable oil …………………..3 tablespoons

Filling
parsley greens ………………….1 bunch
leeks …………………………….½ stem
mozzarella mini ………………..300 g
cheese …………………………..100 g
garlic powder ……………………½ teaspoon
pepper …………………………..to taste
salt ………………………………to taste
ground red paprika …………….½ teaspoon
curry …………………………….2 pinches

Additionally
vegetable oil for frying…………. 1 cup

STEP-BY-STEP RECIPE WITH PHOTOS

We measure out the warm water. Stir salt in a small amount. Total water consumption can be 225 ml.

Beat with egg.

Sift flour into a bowl, make a hole, pour in an egg with water and salt and vegetable oil.

First stir with a spoon, adding the rest of the water.

Some of the flour can be replaced with bran. Knead the dough with your hand.

Cover the dough, set it aside and move on to the filling. Such a dough after 10–15 minutes.

Any greens are suitable for the filling. I have parsley and leek.

Chop in any way.

Used 2 types of cheese: mini brine mozzarella and regular cheese.

Grate or chop.

Add 1–2 eggs to the filling.

Mix with spices.

Transfer the standing dough to the table with flour, flatten it into a cake and divide it into parts.

Roll up balls.

Roll each ball into a circle with a diameter of 20 cm.

Put in half a circle for 2 tbsp. l. fillings.

Pinch the edges, press down with a fork.

Chop the top with a fork and transfer to hot oil in a frying pan.

Fry until golden brown. Flip with two forks.

We transfer the finished ones to a napkin.

We fry the large ones one by one.

We further fry the whole batch.
