Semolina soufflé with cranberry juice

You have not tried this yet! Semolina cooked in cranberry juice and whipped with a mixer. Neither children nor adults will refuse such a morning soufflé, which will replace porridge!

Ingredients

Water …………………..…. 500 milliliters
Fresh cranberries ………... 1 glass
Sugar ………………..……. 100 grams
Salt ………………..………. 1/2 teaspoon
Semolina ………..………… 3/4 cup

Step-by-step cooking recipe

STEP 1
Put water on fire, bring to a boil, send cranberries, salt and sugar into the water.

STEP 2
Cook for 10 minutes. Then strain the cranberries, and add semolina into the liquid.

STEP 3
Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.

STEP 4
Let the porridge cool, beat with a mixer. Arrange on plates, garnish with wild berries and a mint leaf.
