Spanish bread with cheese and garlic

Great bread! With a breathtaking aroma and wonderful taste! I advise you to cook and enjoy this miracle.

Ingredients:

Wheat flour / Flour ……………………………………………. 350 g
Water (better to take warm) ………………………………….. 250 ml
Sugar ……………………………………………………………. 2/3 tablespoon
Salt in the batter ……………………………………….…..……1 teaspoon
Salt in the filling ………………………………………….……..1/3 teaspoon )
Yeast (dry) ……………………………………………………… 1.5 teaspoon
Butter (melted, stuffed) …………………………………….….. 8 tablespoons
Garlic (dry, stuffed, can be replaced with fresh crushed) ……. to taste
Hard cheese (grated, filled) …………………………………….. to taste

Step by step recipe

Cooking the dough. I kneaded it in a bread maker, program “Dough”, time 1 hour 20 minutes.
You can do this by hand: knead the dough, place it in a warm place and let it rise. Then knead the dough, let it rise again and lightly knead again.

Cut the finished dough into walnut-sized pieces.

Prepare the butter mixture: mix the melted butter, salt, dry garlic properly.
Dip each ball in butter and place in a cake pan.

Sprinkle the grated cheese on a layer of balls.
Take the cheese to your taste, you can sprinkle it a little, or you can sprinkle it abundantly.

We spread the second layer of balls in oil.

Sprinkle with grated cheese again and let proof in a warm place for half an hour.

That’s how they got up, our beauties.
We put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees and bake until tender.
15 minutes after the start of baking, I covered the form with foil so that the cheese would not burn, and at the end I removed the foil and browned the bread harder.

The smell during baking is breathtaking — the whole house smells of ghee and garlic …
The baking time depends on the oven, I baked bread for about 30–35 minutes.

We put the finished bread on a plate, admire and periodically withdraw our hand, greedily reaching for a piece.
