Obie is spring cleaning his dam. With that comes the removal of a handful of features on Obie’s dashboard for all teams, including teams now and into the future. The features will be removed on March 9. We’re excited to retire off older unloved ideas so that fresh new ideas can take their place.

An end of life will occur for the following features:

  • Marketplace
  • User Profiles
  • Team Member Information
  • Custom Forms

We’re honoured to be able to help companies organize their knowledge and make it universally accessible and useful. Our dashboard was designed as an easy way for teams to onboard and train new hires. Over time, Obie has evolved from our company mascot to a productive beaver, helping teams save time by accessing their collective knowledge and documentation.

We’ve found that the teams that see the greatest success are the ones who use Obie to search for and share information. For that reason, moving forward, all of our efforts made on the dashboard will be focused on reducing context switching when accessing the things you need to get stuff done, and administrative features to ensure knowledge is accessible, useful and up to date.

We know someone out there has built some of these features into their workflow. To help minimize the interruption, please reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to find a solution that works for you.
