“My mission is simple: I just need to save you time, money and your sanity.”

Over the years, I have worked for a number of local CPA firms in the Greater Denver area, where I had the opportunity to work with a variety of small businesses. I now enjoy running my own practice and being a freelancer, where I continues to conserve the capital of expanding my client base. I enjoy interacting with clients and feel fortunate to have a wonderful loyal following.

My expertise ranges from single to multi-state individual returns and about a dozen multi-state entities. I specialize in all forms of business returns including corporations, LLC, LLP, partnership and S Corporations.

WHY FREELANCING?

Being a freelancer is awesome, it comes with a lot of flexibility and for me that is the most important thing. I am also aware of the challenges individuals and small business owners go through when trying to make sense of the US accounting and Tax codes. My mission is just simple: save you time, money and your sanity.

MY NICHE

One of main niches is assisting and advising domestic and foreign (non-U.S.) Amazon sellers with understanding and complying with all of their U.S. tax requirements. I work with clients from many parts of the world, including Asia, Europe, Australia and Canada.

I handle everything from advising on the tax considerations of doing business in the United States, obtaining an Employer Identification Number (EIN) for the foreign or U.S. entity, registering the foreign or U.S. company for sales tax collection purposes, filing the monthly/quarterly/annual sales tax returns, advising and filing other types of federal and state tax returns

Some foreign companies and individuals will determine that they wish to create a U.S. entity to conduct their U.S. business from. I advise on whether creating a U.S. entity is beneficial.

WHY IS MY WORK SO IMPORTANT?

The most important reason to hire an accountant is because I help you save money. Most taxpayers are ignorant about the numerous tax laws and exceptions, they forget to account for many legitimate business expenses and end up paying more taxes because of it.

Whether you’re just starting out or trying to play catch up, you’ll be so grateful to hand this hurdle off to a pro. Tax and accounting issues can be pretty complicated, hiring an accountant will help you learn about what you need to track on an ongoing basis and what you should deduct as a legitimate business expenses.

As an accountant, I take care of everything — the right way — in just a few hours. Even if you love numbers and paperwork, I ensure that you’re doing things in accordance with the accounting standards and tax regulations.

Instead of spending precious billable hours wondering which boxes to tick and whether you did your math right, leaving everything in the hands of a competent accountant will save enormous time and everything — the right way — in just a few hours.
