At a rally at an undisclosed location in Dixie County, Florida over the weekend, several Ku Klux Klan (KKK) groups formed the “American Alliance of Klans” in a document entitled the “Bell Florida Accords”. The accord was signed by Imperial Wizards of three groups, including Brent Waller of the Mississippi-based United Dixie White Knights, who made the announcement in a Stormfront post yesterday (March 13). More groups who were not in attendance are expected to join at a later date and the alliance also includes several “Invisible Klans” according to Waller’s post.

The rally, which was hosted by the Hudson, FL-based Knights of the White Disciples, had been planned for some time and according to Waller was filmed by the Magnolia News Network. Footage of the event, including a cross lighting, is expected to be released later this week.

The Bell Florida Accords, which can be read in it’s entirety on the United Dixie White Knights website, appears to signal a more concerted effort at unity and recruitment by some Klan groups with the formation of what Waller calls “Joint Klaverns”. The members of the accord agreed “to work together on literature, rallys, banishments, and upgrading the security of all orders to modern times” and to hold four rallies a year, one per season.

Waller’s post states that the agreement ends “arguments over territory” and opens up membership to the American Alliance of Klans nationwide, as well as to citizens of England, Scotland and Germany.

Other initiatives mentioned in the accord are social media “upgrades”, the standardization of Klorans (the handbook of the Ku Klux Klan), the exclusion of “non-white” media at events and background checks and home visits for potential “prospects”.

This isn’t the first time that white supremacist groups have attempted an alliance, but it could support the assertion that KKK “membership grows by the day” and be an attempt by independent Klan groups to capitalize on a Donald Trump presidency by unifying and getting more organized.
