WHAT IS THE MINIMUM VERSION OF ANDROID THAT THE APP SUPPORTS?
Android version 5.0 and greater with Bluetooth LE (4.0) support.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM VERSION OF IOS?
iOS 11+with Bluetooth LE (4.0) support.
WHAT LANGUAGES ARE SUPPORTED BY THE APP?
We have localization planned for the future, but as of now we only support English.
WHY DO YOU NEED LOCATION SERVICES ENABLED ON THE ANDROID VERSION?
Location services are required for Bluetooth LE connectivity for both Android and iOS.
HOW DO I CONNECT MY DEVICE?
The tCheck 2 uses Bluetooth LE technology, which means the device can be connected without needing to go through the phone’s settings. Just download the tCheck 2 app from the Play Store of App Store, set up your account and start testing with your device! Don’t forget to enable Location Services first.
