There were no new applications for liquor licenses.

Other Business that was dicussed this week included:

Legal Seafoods LLC dba Legal Seafoods 800 Boylston Street 02199 : License #: LB-99367 Holder of a Common Victualler 7 Day All Alcoholic Beverages License has petitioned to transfer the license and location from the above — to: Our Father’s Deli, LLC dba Our Father’s Deli at 197 North Harvard Street Boston 02134. The group also petitioned to pledge the license to Barry’s Corner Property, LLC. On Thursday 6.9.16, the board granted the transfer and pledge.

ALoft Lounge LLC dba ALoft Lounge located at 401 D Street Boston 02210 and Speakeasy Concepts, LLC located at 25 Boylston Place Boston, 02116 both petitioned for transfers. The Speakeasy Concepts transfer was stated as contingent on the petitioned transfer of ALoft Lounge.

ALoft Lounge holder of a common Vicutualer 7 Day Malt, Wine & Liqueurs License has petitioned to transfer the license and location from 401 D Street to: BNV 8, Inc. dba Certified Meatball Company, at 429 West Broadway Boston, 02127. On Thursday 6.9.16, the board granted the transfer

Speakeasy Concepts holder of a general on Premises All-Alcoholic Beverages License has petitioned to transfer the license and location from 25 Boylston Place to: Aristocrat Hospitality LLC dba The Social Register at 401 D Street, Unit 1A Boston, 02210 — Unit 1A located in the dedicated space on the first floor of thirteen (13) floor hotel. The group also petitioned to change the license type — from: General on Premises All-Alcoholic Beverages License to: Common Victualler 7 Day All Alcoholic Beverages License. On Thursday 6.9.16, the board granted the transfer and the change in the license type.

No Old Business was pulled for discussion.

We want to again to remind folks that the final set (25 licenses) of the 2014 legislation will become available as of September 1, 2016. The awarding of this last set of licenses runs through August 31, 2016.
