#ActivateBOS: Liquor License Recap for the Week of 3.7.16

There were no new liquor licenses that were brought before the city licensing board this week.

On Thursday, March 10th, The Board pulled 3 items of old business:

Carmelina’s applying for a 7 day full alcohol license located at 307 Hanover street was rejected without prejudice because there are no licenses available at this time.

Their history is noted below: 2.10.16 (Initial Application) 2.11.16 Board expresses that they would like to award But have to defer because no licenses are available at that time

Scopa — applying for a beer and wine license located at 319 Hanover Street was pulled as old business. The board noted that a beer and wine license became available as someone from the ABCC told the city licensing that one of the unrestricted and nontransferable licenses that became open for distribution in February 2016, was granted by the ABCC— opening up the restaurant’s previous beer and wine license. The restaurant was not noted.

Lastly, the Retreat applying for a 7 day full alcohol license located at 303 Sumner street was pulled as old business. Their application was reject without prejudice today, 3.10.16, because no licenses are available at this time.
