#ActivateBOS: Liquor Licensing | Recap 1.20.16 & 1.21.16

This week at the city’s liquor licensing hearings, 4 restaurants had applied for new liquor licenses.

Fuji at Ink Block dba Fuji at Ink Block : 352B Harrison Ave. Roxbury 02118. The group is from Quincy has a reputation of being active community members and philantropists. The group was granted one of the Non-Restricted Transferable Full Alcohol License that were released a few weeks back. There are at total of 10 of these license available until September 2016.

Grate Taste Bakery located at 61 Beach Street Boston 02111 applied for a restricted 7 Day All Alcohol License. The board deferred their vote due to missing paperwork from the group.

Ulivo LLC dba Cunard Tavern located at 25 New Orleans Street East Boston, 02128 applied for a 7 day all alcohol license. The board granted their request.

Pranzini, Inc. dba Piattini located 226 Newbury Street Boston 02116 applied for a 7 day all alcohol license. The board granted the group of the the Non-Restricted Transferable licenses.

Old Business from last week was pulled to discuss this week. Dermot’s LLC dba The Penguin located at 735 Huntington Avenue Boston 02115 had put in a request that there existing beer and wine license be transferred to Clover Food La at 27 School Street in Boston. The also, had submitted a request for a Restricted 7 day all alcohol license. The board granted both the transfer along with the new license.
