We all know that the MBTA system needs work and improvement and Boston BRT sees that too! ‘Greater Boston’s transit needs are extensive. The city has fallen behind, both with upkeep of existing services, and with meeting the demands of a growing population and developing region.’ BosBRT is an option being explored by The Barr Foundation to replace some of the MBTA’s bus transit systems.
BosBRT’s Beauty And The Bus contest is a great way to highlight both the beauty of transit and how transit inherently connects people and communities on a larger scale. Enter your picture into the contest and you could win a weekend stay in Boston & more!
3 Easy Steps to Submitting to the Contest (week 1 ends tonight at 11:59pm)
1. Take a picture of the MBTA Bus system- this can be a picture of the actual bus, of the bus stop or of passengers.
2. Post your picture to Instagram, Twitter & Facebook and make sure to tag @BosBRT and use the hashtag #BosBRT
3. Make sure to submit your photo by the deadline
4. Wait to see if you win!
