We welcome you to join us for our newest 3-part workshop series, Standing Up for Ourselves: Self-Care for Activistis every other Monday in January, 1/2, 1/16 and 1/30.

In activism, we work to stand up, to hold ourselves and to hold others, to hold space, and to occupy space. These are all literal movements. How can we use embodied awareness to change how we move, and how can embodied awareness support us in our activism? Using Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lessons, we will explore fresh ways of holding ourselves, standing, and breathing.”
