More than 80 percent of respondents to last year’s TD SYNNEX IT Ecosystem Index Report said they expected revenue growth in the year ahead, despite the uncertainty facing global economies and our industry at the time. The bullishness on revenue growth begs an important question as we launch the survey again this year: how have the last 12 months impacted the ecosystem, not only on optimism for the future, but on other key insights from the survey?

Our survey for 2023 is now open and we’d like partner perspectives on areas of growth, challenges and opportunities within the technology ecosystem. Your insights are important to the survey, and important to us as we make investments to help serve your business needs.
The survey takes about ten minutes to complete, is completely anonymous and is conducted through our research partner Canalys.
The 2023 report will publish later this fall and will focus on three fundamental factors for technology ecosystem businesses:
- Anticipating and meeting end-user technology expectations
- Effectively managing technology ecosystem business operations
