TDX Strategies obtains Investment Business License

TDX Strategies has been granted an Investment Business License (Category 1, Sub-Category B) by the Financial Services Commission of the BVI, making it one of a handful of platforms to be licensed anywhere in the world to offer digital asset derivatives and structured products.

As anyone in this industry can attest, obtaining a license, especially in the business of crypto derivatives, is no mean feat. This milestone is recognition of our traditional and prudent approach to fundamental business processes including KYC, AML, custody of client assets, as well as all aspects of risk management.
