TE-FOOD Partners with Food Trace to Enter Slovakia and the Czech Republic

TE-FOOD continues expanding to new countries to help food companies implementing blockchain based traceability.

We are excited to introduce our representative in Slovakia, Food Trace, s.r.o., and its leader, Henrich Simonics.

Henrich studied Computer Science at the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava. He is the founder of several successful companies in Slovakia and abroad.

His main company, Dokumenta since its foundation, has been promoting the development of its own Document Management System ADMIS, to implement sectoral news not only in the area of document circulation and processing in companies, but with the emphasis on security. It promotes solutions that offer customers a competitive edge.

However, due to increasingly frequent food quality problems, food traceability is the most up-to-date topic in the world.

For this reason, he joined the TE-FOOD project as representative to help improve food quality with his experience and contacts by implementing the traceability system in the Slovakia and the Czech Republic as quickly as possible.

Henrich teamed up with TE-FOOD’s long-time partner, Laurel Ltd. to co-found Food Trace, s.r.o., a new enterprise, to promote and implement TE-FOOD technology by combining the market knowledge of Henrich, and the retail experience of Laurel.
