POEM

Nature’s Beauty Streams

Evolving landscapes tell a story. Be still and listen for its change.

Image of a waterfall cascading down mossy rocks in the forest.

Blushed-pink lilies cascade down a satin waterfall
Emeralds reflecting mirror in motion
glitter in swirling currents

Black diamonds rustle silk leaves
beneath the winding riverbeds

Copper trees bloom with velvet buds
waiting for full formation of gleaming,
crystal fruits

Whispering white roses dance in air pockets
filled with blazing blue topaz

Anxious to burst over peaceful turquoise waters
only to nourish a single thirsting bulb
lying breathless.
