Salad plants in and out in my balcony’s edible garden

I just harvested corn salad and planted lettuce.

Here’s a brief update from the balcony garden, touching on leaves and salads. I just harvested my first corn salad -ever, because I had never grown it before.

A question to gardeners experienced with corn salad: do you think these plants will shoot new leaves? I hope they will!

Nevermind if they don’t. At least I enjoyed these leaves very much in this salad with cheese:

I bought a rack with 12 lettuce plants of my favorite type: the one that with red leaves shaped like oak tree leaves (what do you call them in English?):
