The Christmas Cactus Lives Up to its Name
I don’t need a calendar to tell me it’s almost winter. I just need to look at my Christmas cactus.
The flowers start to form like clockwork during this time of year.
An absolute delight to watch, as the buds–about the size of tiny ants– proliferate on the tips of succulent leaves. They grow rather quickly. Then begin to pop open with a Fuschia-like charm.
