How the idea is born?

Over the last six years, I had an opportunity to deliver over 900 hours of workshops and training classes on Agile. Some were designed for certification, while others were not. Some were open training groups, and others were internal groups tailored for clients’ unique processes and challenges. Some content worked with some groups but didn’t work with others.

I share all this to emphasize that there is no one-size-fits-all formula for designing and delivering instructor-led training. However, one thing is for sure — better preparation leads to better results.

Target audience

The goal of the “Teach Agile” publication is to collect in one-place ideas, games, exercises, stories, and slides, for teaching Agile and help Agile trainers by providing helpful materials to incorporate into their trainings.

If you are an Agile trainer and write articles to share knowledge and experience to help others in this role, you are welcome here. Please, write an email to tedi0203@gmail, including a link to your article or draft once you have an article ready for review.

However, the benefits of the blog posts in this publication are not limited to professional Agile trainers. One of the responsibilities of Scrum Masters or Agile coaches is educating team members and organizations about Agile, including mindset, principles, practices, tools, and techniques. They will also find these resources extremely useful. In addition to this, many companies organize internal courses where people teach one another.

But the articles do not just illustrate how to teach Agile. Last but not least, Agile practitioners can use them for their own learning.

Thank you for being part of this community!
