Monkey tree Hong Kong goes through an extensive hiring process in order to ensure our classroom are filled with energetic and enthusiastic teachers who are dedicated to their students.
Teachers are an essential component to make a classroom a success so we pursue passionate, qualified individuals who love working with children.
Monkey Tree’s teaching team is managed and supported by the Center Development Executives to ensure the success and happiness of all the teachers.
In the classroom, the teacher is responsible for providing a beneficial lesson, so Monkey Tree ELC are looking for teachers who are passionate about teaching and who are eager to help students reach their full potential.
Monkey Tree teachers enjoy creating fun, interactive learning environment for their students by utilising educational activities in order to ensure the children are excited about learning English.
Teachers are all native English Speakers with at least a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University, and should have already acquired teaching English as a Foreign Language certificate to be qualified to teach a foreign language in Hong Kong.
Monkey Tree provides comprehensive training program and teachers will learn all about the wide variety of Monkey Tree courses offered and different techniques that are successful used in the classroom. The trainees will first observe experienced teachers and will then teach the lessons while receiving beneficial feedback from an experienced teacher about any necessary improvements.
Teachers are appraised by a Centre Development Executive every 4 months. There are various promotion opportunities, such as promoting a head teacher at every center.
