As we approach the festive season, it is time to take a break, reflect and spend quality time with our family and friends. Just to recap of what’s emerged over the last month:
On the 22nd November, we shared our blog on the Sensing Journey Experiment. Once again thanks to everyone who responded to the Sensing Survey and-or participated in the Sensing Journey Experiment during the past months. We are curious to hear your reflections on the blog? On the 29th November, we announced our new Teal for Startups Publication, which has had over 1000 views, includes the insights from several of our experiments in the form of blogs.
Our invitation to the community for the submission of blogs, such as sharing your journey of experimentation in more humane, more effective teams and-or organisations.
We are grateful to hear of experiments bubbling through our community, and our invitation for anyone who feels called to submit blogs. An example would be sharing your journey of experimentation in more humane, more effective teams and-or organisations.
So what’s next? “It’s all about you”
You may define and start experiments by yourself or within a small group. Those experiments may lead to natural teams emerging. We would be appreciative if you can share the results of those experiments back with the community for collective learning, for example, by writing a blog.
Through these experiments, the T4S community self-drives its own co-learning journey. Together we can pave the way and bring the new paradigm into existence. If you are wondering what experiments you could run, consider what key challenge you are experiencing in the current paradigm? Now think about how you could define an experiment with a small group of people to explore that challenge.

Are you new to Teal for Startups?
Teal for Startups (T4S) is a community built by the people for the people who are passionate about next-stage organisations. We have seeded a community to create a new ecosystem through experimentations and emerging blogs. Since launching, on 20th October 2015, T4S has grown to a diverse global community of 2100+ members. Teal, as described in Reinventing Organisations is functioning on the three main principles:
- Wholeness — Being ourselves at work
- Evolutionary Purpose — Listening what is most important in the moment and do that.
- Self-organising — organically forming teams to serve a purpose
