02.02 Day 1

Breakfast: store bought in a can; no fresh ingredients; no leftovers
Lunch: store bought; no fresh ingredients; no leftovers

Dinner: cauliflower, spam, and rice; 1/3 of cauliflower was cooked and eaten; stock and moldy bits were discarded

02.03 Day 2

Brunch: store bought; no fresh ingredients; leftovers include shrimp head & shell, dry hot peppers, rice

02.04 Day 3

Brunch: Phipps Conservatory Cafe; half a spicy chicken panini; half Asian salad; no leftover

Dinner: hotpot; lots of different ingredients; no food leftover, only soup base

02.05 Day 4

Brunch: shallow-fried dumplings + chili oil sauce; no fresh ingredient; no leftover

Dinner: green string beans with green chili pepper stir-fry + rice; the ends of string beans and chili pepper were trimmed off and thrown away; half the portion cooked was eaten, the other half is meant to be tomorrow’s lunch

Dessert: Chinese pear; skin and core were thrown away

Brunch: green string beans + rice from last night; no leftovers
